1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HomeSelf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HomeSelf is an AI-native real estate protocol that enables property owners to list properties as structured digital assets. The Service includes:

• Property listing creation and management
• AI-powered photo analysis and document verification
• Trust Score computation
• AnswerPack generation for AI consumption
• Communication tools between owners and seekers
• Credit-based billing for premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Types

• Owner: Can create and manage property listings
• Seeker: Can search properties and contact owners

4. Property Listings

4.1 Listing Requirements

When creating a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have legal authority to list the property
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• All photos are authentic and depict the actual property
• All documents submitted are genuine and valid

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not list properties that:

• You do not have authority to sell or rent
• Are fictional or do not exist
• Contain misleading or false information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

4.3 Trust Score

Trust Scores are computed algorithmically based on data completeness, document verification, photo analysis, and freshness. You cannot manipulate your Trust Score through any means other than providing accurate, verified information.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

HomeSelf uses a credit-based system for certain features:

Credits can be purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New accounts receive a welcome bonus of 5 credits. These credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5.4 No Commission

HomeSelf does not charge commission on property transactions. We are not a party to any sale, rental, or other transaction between users.

6. AI Processing

By using the Service, you consent to AI processing of your content, including:

• Analysis of property photos using computer vision
• Extraction of text from documents via OCR
• Generation of property descriptions and summaries
• Creation of structured AnswerPacks for AI consumption

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, documents). By submitting content, you grant HomeSelf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

7.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by HomeSelf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7.3 Protocol Data

AnswerPacks and other structured data generated from your listings may be accessed by third-party AI systems through our public API. This is a core feature of the HomeSelf Protocol.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate Trust Scores
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Disclaimers

Trust Scores are computational estimates, not guarantees of reliability. Always conduct your own due diligence before any real estate transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeSelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Published listings will be removed from the registry.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
